    Zepter Store is closed on weekends, holidays, and other rare occasions. We may post a notice on our website if orders will take longer than usual to ship.

    When will my order be shipped?

    If you place the order from Monday to Thursday till 3 PM CEST or Friday till 1 PM CEST then we will ship the order the same day. The orders placed after the above-mentioned time will be shipped the next day.

    When I will receive my order?

    On average shipments to most EU countries take from 2-4 business days. For futher information we advice you to read our shipping Shipping Policy – Shipping Time And Costs.

    Change an order’s shipping address

    If your order has not yet shipped and you need to correct or alter your shipping address, please contact us with your complete updated address so we can help!

    How to cancel an order?

    If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel your order and process a complete refund to your original payment method or as store credit. To submit an order cancellation request, please contact us.
    We unfortunately cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. In that case please read refund policy.

    Received damaged or defective item

    If you receive a product which has been damaged during shipment, or has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of when your order shipped with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll be able to assist with a refund or replacement.

    Processing a return

    Returns must be in good condition. Dirty items, broken items, items with sewn tags removed, and items with stains or damage are unacceptable for returns.
    For returns, please contact us within 30 days of when your order shipped. We will organize our delivery service to pick the package from you at our expense.
